We aim to cover the whole foodie spectrum, from farm to fork, from plough to plate, including features on small producers, large scale operations, new restaurants, seasonal recipes, gadget and gizmo recommendations and interviews with those in the know and so on. We are an independent company, very proud of our integrity and insist on good old fashioned quality journalism. And we reckon we look pretty darn good, too. But ultimately we are all about promoting the region’s food and drink – and those people involved in it!
